This design modification is intended to provide quick and easy access for when nature calls, and we’d agree that it succeeds at this.
From our experience, the standard Tommy John contour pouch provides plenty of room for a pleasant and comfortable fit, though if you’d prefer a slightly roomier fit opt for their Hammock Pouch.
This pouch design paired with its stretchy fabric blend provides a high level of support to the groin that we feel is adequate for medium to high impact activity.
Keep in mind that this style from Tommy John is designed for activity, so if you prefer a roomier pouch fit in everyday or lounge scenarios, you should definitely opt for a pair on our Most Comfortable List.

The smooth and stretchy leg design of these boxer briefs aligns perfectly with its supportive, yet non-constricting hybrid fit that can be worn for both activity and everyday wear.
You’ll likely experience some leg rolling throughout the day if you’re active, however, we found that the stretchy nature of the fabric helps significantly with keeping everything in place, including the legs.
